Please read the following information carefully before you fill in our reservation form:

You can also reserve by telephone: 1-212-643-0214 (9:00 am to 10:00 pm EST). That way you don't have to wait for our answer and you can ask all the questions you might have.
Reservations online must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
For check-in, we require a valid passport - also for US and Canadian citizens.
You must reconfirm your reservation two days before arrival so we know you haven't changed your mind.
You can tell us if you prefer the Westside or Eastside hostel. We will try our best to give you your first choice. If it is not possible on the first night, you can move on the second. BOTH OF OUR LOCATIONS ARE VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN/MIDTOWN MANHATTAN.

Once you submit our form, you will receive a reply within 24 hours.

After you reserve, you must confirm your reservation two days before arrival.

When you arrive in New York City, telephone us from your point of arrival at 1-212-643-0214. We will confirm the location your going to and give you detailed directions.
